Design and launch new digital and data venture (OnePass) across 5 retail divisions, Bunnings, Kmart, Target, Officeworks and Catch as well as onboarding new partners Disney and API. Established and crystallised the customer value proposition, defined the market positioning, features and the future product roadmap; defined and built the operating model and established the foundational product team.
